$200 is due at time of reservation and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Once I receive your $200 deposit, I will reserve the dates for you, and will send your
confirmation/receipt.
Upon receipt of your balance due, I will send your arrival instructions.
For the enjoyment of all guests, these units are non smoking and are pet free, please.
Cancellation policy:
As cancellations can represent a loss of my ability to rent the
condos, there can be no refunds for any nights canceled 30 days or less prior to rental date, except for those dates that I can
rent out in which a refund will be issued in the amount I have
rented out your canceled dates.
For cancellations 31 days or more prior to rental, there is a
cancellation fee of $200
