The Waikiki Banyan has begun an
exterior enhancement project including concrete restoration,
re-sealing of windows and painting of the exterior of the
building. Most work will be restricted to Monday through Friday
from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
There will be minimal noise and
inconvenience. For safety and security, it is important that
guests keep lanai doors closed while work is being done and
until stack is complete. Each stack will take roughly 7 weeks
from start to finish.
I have no control of the dates
and units effected where renovation work will occur.
Please be aware that the Waikiki Banyan is
a condominium and with that comes home owners association who
maintains the two towers. There are times, usually once a year,
when the pool is closed for a week, as well as maintenance on
the building interior or exterior…this does not include inside
the condo itself but may however include a water shut down which
usually lasts up to 4 hours on a designated day. I guarantee the
condos I offer but do not guarantee anything outside of the
condo walls or anything created by the HOA. There will be no
refunds what so ever due to anything out of my control.
Currently the 1905 stack is being worked on. 3401 will be next!
